We do the work, test the system, clean up, and show you what was done. Our work is covered by our written limited warranty.

Furnace Tune-Up
Our holiday gift: a furnace tune-up and safety check, free. We clean the burners, test the safety switches and check for carbon monoxide. For furnaces that are running (not heating? book a repair visit). One system per home. Residential, in our service area, by appointment. Parts and repairs are extra, and we quote before any work. No obligation. Available through January 10, 2027.

Planning a new AC, furnace, or heat pump? We come to your home, look over your current setup, and give you a written installation quote at no charge. No obligation. Repair visits have a service charge.
Book NowHeating & Cooling Inspection
Multi-point inspection of one system (furnace, A/C or heat pump): how it runs, electrical components and controls, condensate drain and filter, plus refrigerant pressures on A/C and heat pumps. We go over the results with you and quote any repairs before any work is done. Inspection only: cleaning, refrigerant, parts and repairs are extra. If your system isn’t working, the $49 covers the visit and diagnosis. If you approve the repair, we waive the $49 fee: you pay only for the repair and parts. Same price evenings and weekends. Residential only. Available through November 30, 2026.
